Are you a versatile HR professional with a knack for handling various aspects of human resources management? Join our client's team as an HR Generalist and play a key role in supporting the organization's HR functions! In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services to employees and management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:



  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientations


  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures


  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations


  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including personnel files and timekeeping systems


  • Support performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and coaching managers on performance issues


  • Handle HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives


  • Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required


  • 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions


  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, HRIS systems


  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities



Working Hours:



  • Monday-Friday


  • 40 hours per week


  • 8:00am-5:00pm PST
