Are you a versatile HR professional with a knack for handling various aspects of human resources management? Join our client's team as an HR Generalist and play a key role in supporting the organization's HR functions! In this dynamic position, you'll be responsible for providing a wide range of HR services to employees and management, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and new hire orientations
Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Maintain accurate HR records and databases, including personnel files and timekeeping systems
Support performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and coaching managers on performance issues
Handle HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives
Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required
2-4 years of experience in HR roles, with exposure to various HR functions
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite, HRIS systems
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Working Hours:
Monday-Friday
40 hours per week
8:00am-5:00pm PST
