- Review project proposals
- Create plans for project phases
- Coordinate jobs with vendors
- Create floor plans and CAD drawings
- Prepare quotes
- Communicate with Project Coordinators
- Maintain a positive attitude!
- At least 5 years in construction project management
- Bachelor's Degree
- AutoCAD experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Full Time, Direct Hire
- $80-85k
