LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a dynamic client. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead our client's projects in Tampa, FL. This role offers the opportunity to work with a team of professionals dedicated to maintaining strong relationships with clients. Position Overview: As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management along with excellent leadership and communication skills. Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project execution.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and resource allocation.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and addressing any concerns or changes in project scope.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project progress to ensure quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or cost overruns.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Address project-related issues and implement effective solutions to ensure project success.
  • Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
