Alaina Hamid

Consultant, Recruitment Solutions

Alaina Hamid is a Consultant with the LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto.

 

Alaina is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive in-house and search firm recruiting experience spanning across the healthcare, technology, retail and manufacturing industries. She has expertise with full cycle recruitment and has made numerous successful placements in a variety of technical and non-technical roles which she credits to her retention-based approach and market research skills.

 

This has lent itself to developing a reputation for quality, dedication and willingness to go the extra mile in connecting likeminded, talented individuals. She prides herself on her interpersonal skills which has led to building long-lasting, trusting relationships with clients and candidates.

Brian Alpern

Partner, Executive Interim Management

Brian Alpern is a Partner in the Executive Interim Management Practice with LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto. His expertise is recruiting senior leaders for short-term assignments. Highly skilled at assessing talent, Brian places executives within 5-10 days to help companies address skills gaps, capacity concerns or other strategic interests, often involving major change initiatives.

 

Brian has been recognized for his strong consultative style and focus on service excellence. A direct, thoughtful communicator with a vast network, Brian prides himself on being able to attract exceptional talent to his clients. 

 

Prior to his time in executive search, Brian was a Senior Consultant in LHHKB’s career transition business. He supported corporate clients while helping individuals and groups during career transitions by providing coaching and facilitating workshops on self-assessment, self-marketing, researching, interviewing and networking. His experience as a coach, facilitator and business developer has extended throughout Canada, the U.S. and Latin America.

 

Brian has worked with clients across a broad range of sectors including across Canada, the U.S. and Latin America. He is a formally trained ICF coach, holds certifications in both Birkman Method® and DISC behaviour assessment tools and is a graduate of McGill University. Brian speaks fluent Spanish.


Bruce Diemert

Partner, Executive Search

Bruce Diemert is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge). Bruce has been in the talent management and management consulting industries since 1998. He focuses his business expertise on the industries that drive the economy in Western Canada, specifically, all resource based industries, professional services, manufacturing, and information technology companies.

For the past 9 years Bruce has managed his own firm, PAUL ALEXANDER, Talent Management Consultants Inc. With offices in Vancouver and Calgary, PAUL ALEXANDER focused on delivering executive and mid management search and, talent management consulting projects. Bruce graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in from the University of Calgary and an MBA from Dalhousie University through the Canadian Bankers Association.

Bruce is active in local community, municipal and, provincial charities highlighted by his time with the VGH/UBC Hospital Foundation, BC Children’s Hospital Foundations and the Salvation Army’s Vancouver Harbour Light facility located in Vancouver’s East side of downtown. Bruce is an avid outdoor enthusiast. Racing outrigger and dragon boat canoes both locally and internationally, skiing and boarding with his three daughters in their native North Shore mountains or in Whistler BC and, hiking in their local mountains with his wife Elayna and their chocolate lab Goose.

 


Ed Perkovic

Vice President, Search Delivery

Ed Perkovic is Vice President, Search Delivery with LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) Executive Search and has over 20 years of progressive research and executive search experience.

Ed enjoys extensive executive and senior level (Board, C-Suite, President, Vice President, Director) recruitment and talent acquisition expertise in a wide range of industry sectors including: Academia, Consumer Packaged Goods, Financial Services, Government (Federal, Provincial, Municipal), Healthcare, Hospitality, Manufacturing, Natural Resources, Not for Profit, Nuclear/Energy, Pharmaceutical, Professional Services, Real Estate/Property Management, Retail and Technology.

Earlier in his career, Ed achieved considerable success in the academic and not-for-profit sectors and was responsible for creating and leading the Office of Advancement Research at McMaster University.

Ed is a Past President of the Association of Professional Researchers for Advancement-Canada and the recipient of Gold Prix D ’Excellence Awards for Best Research Program and Best Use of New and Emerging Technology from the Council for the Advancement of Education. He holds a Bachelor of Arts, Economics and Bachelor of Arts, Anthropology from McMaster University.

Emily Veloza

Consultant, Executive Interim Management

Emily is a Junior Recruitment Consultant in the Executive Interim Management practice with LHH Knightsbridge.

 

Based in Montreal, Emily began her career search as she was completing her master’s degree in Organizational Development at HEC Montreal. Emily is passionate about understanding how people connect and what drive individuals towards success.

 

At LHH Knightsbridge, Emily supports her Partners on the Nursing project, and currently reports to her Team Lead. Emily’s involvement in the search process entails outreaching, sourcing and pre-screening candidates.

Erica Tsui

Consultant, Recruitment Solutions

Erica Tsui is a Consultant with the LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto.


Erica has built her career undertaking a variety of roles in a number of industries. She has provided search execution services to clients across multiple industries and functional roles including financial services, technology, human resources, engineering, manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, not-for-profit and government sectors.


A multi-lingual relationship builder with national and international experience, Erica values every conversation with her clients and candidates as she strongly believes relationships are the key to finding success and effectively fulfilling the requirements of search mandates.

Fahad Rizvi

Team Lead - Recruitment, Executive Interim Management

Fahad Rizvi is the Team Lead – Recruitment in the Executive Interim Management practice with LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto.

 

Fahad has developed his expertise in the recruitment industry with over a decade of working experience in the Middle East, Africa, and North America. Before, he was a celebrated banker and corporate trainer with top financial institutions in the region.

 

A passionate recruitment professional believing in “Connecting Dreams with Opportunities” has received preferred recruitment partner status in his previous roles by supporting organizations and candidates to achieve their objectives.

 

At LHH Knightsbridge, Fahad supports all four partners at the Executive Interim Search team by proactively working with them while managing the end-to-end process before the finalized candidates are presented to the clients.

Glen Sivec

Partner, Executive Search

Glen Sivec CPA, CA is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) with a focus on growing the Private Equity and Consumer packaged goods sectors. Glen brings over 30 years experience in these industries in addition to public accounting. Glen uses a hands-on consultative approach to understand client’s strategies, processes and team structure.

 

Glen has applied this approach in his previous roles as the Chief Financial Officer for Spinrite Inc. and Terrapure Environmental where he built high performing teams to develop strategies, optimize processes and realign teams across the entire organization to improve financial performance, integrate multiple acquisitions and support the Initial Public Offering and successful business sales processes.

 

As Vice President of Finance for Canada Bread Fresh/Grupo Bimbo and Maple Leaf Agri Farms & Rothsay Rendering, Glen worked with ownership to optimize business processes and realign business teams leading to the financial growth and ultimate sale of these companies. Glen’s diverse portfolio also includes responsibilities as Director of Risk Management Treasury and Finance and service on numerous agricultural companies’ Boards as the Maple Leaf Foods representative.

 

Glen is an ex-cadet of the Royal Military College of Canada, served as a Second Lieutenant in the Canadian Armed Forces and graduated from McMaster University with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree. 

Cheryl Lai

Cheryl is actively involved in executive search engagements in the broader public sector, where she focuses extensively on corporate leadership positions for large institutions spanning social-public enterprises, government, healthcare and education.

 

Earlier in her career, Cheryl worked with global firms including KPMG, Boyden (Hong Kong) and Russell Reynolds (Hong Kong). Cheryl’s reach and search experience has extended throughout North America and the Asia-Pacific China markets, where she was engaged in private sector practices in healthcare, retail and consumer packaged goods, luxury good markets, banking and manufacturing joint ventures.

 

She takes a comprehensive approach to each client engagement and utilizes best practices to present a highly qualified and talented pool of candidates to meet client expectations. With very resourceful and creative insight, Cheryl has successfully identified the rare candidate for particularly challenging searches, ensuring successful completion of client assignments.

 

Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand (South Africa) and has an Honors Marketing Degree from the University of South Africa.

Chris Sawyer

Partner, Executive Search

Chris Sawyer is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) who specializes in the Not-for-Profit, Public Sector and Healthcare industries. Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Chris was at Highland Partners, a global executive search firm and successor to TMP Worldwide Executive Search. She began her career at a boutique search firm in London, Ontario, and was also a member of the executive search practice of KPMG.

Throughout her 25-year career in executive search, Chris has developed a very thorough and meticulous approach to search management. She has conducted numerous search mandates across a spectrum of healthcare and not-for-profit organizations including hospitals, community, government, academic, associations, and business. Chris has worked extensively with boards and leadership teams who benefit from her knowledge and her commitment to excellence in creating and executing search strategies.

Chris earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Arts from the University of Waterloo.

Jane van Alphen

Partner, Recruitment Solutions

Jane van Alphen is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto.

 

Jane has provided senior leadership within clinical, research and innovation environments. She values collaboration, empathy, relationships, results, and teamwork, and is passionate about stellar leadership of organizations and supporting future generations. She has led turn-around and start up environments in both academic and community organizations. She has a diverse network, and expertise in governance, strategy, and recruitment.

 

At the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research and the Centre for Aging and Brain Health Innovation, Jane was a key leader in bringing a concept of a new entity to a high performing organization. At the Hospital for Sick Children, the University Health Network, Baycrest Health Services and the Brant Community Health Care System, Jane was instrumental in leading teams through complex transformation.

 

Jane completed an undergraduate degree in nursing from the University of Windsor and graduate degrees in physiology and business from the University of Toronto and is a Board Member with the Bereavement Authority of Ontario and Primacare.

Janice Kussner

Partner, Executive Search

Janice Kussner is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge Executive Search. Janice’s executive search and consulting experience commenced early 1997, following a career on the client side as a senior human resources executive leader.  

Janice’s executive search practice continues to be defined by successful relationships and multi-year agreements with diverse client organizations, primarily in the government and public/ broader public sector.

Janice leverages cross-sector executive leadership talent, recognizing the inherent value and return on investment of the intersection between the private and public sectors.  She has conducted assignments at the C-Suite and Board levels, and across a broad range of functional areas.

Janice has worked with diverse Selection Panels, Boards and Committees in the design and implementation of effective and results focused executive search processes. 

Janice graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree (Major in Marketing) and completed graduate business courses at the University of Toronto. Janice is a past Board member of Renascent.

Kangana Jani

Consultant, Executive Interim Management

Kangana Jani– Recruitment Consultant in the Executive Interim Management practice with LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto.

 

Kangana has begun her career in the Executive Interim Search Team upon graduating from the Centennial College. Before joining LHH Knightsbridge, she gained valuable HR experience through working as Human Resource Administrator in the call center industry. Through joining LHH Knightsbridge, she further developed valuable experience as a recruiter, with a focus on sourcing talent in the Non-for-profit, Healthcare, Finance/ Accounting, Human Resources, Mining, and IT sectors.

 

At LHH Knightsbridge, Kangana supports all 4 Partners on the Executive Interim Search team, and currently reports to the Team Lead. Kangana’s involvement in the search process entails outreaching, sourcing and pre-screening candidates.

Katherina Cameron

Executive Assistant

Katherina is an Executive Assistant in the Search Practice with ten years of experience. She supports Partners in the Technology, Pharma, CPG and General Management sectors. She also supports the LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) Canadian Business Hall of Fame team in this corporate initiative.

 

Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Katherina enjoyed tremendous success as a faculty member of a leading private vocational school. As a Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist and Wellness professional, she has deep experience and expertise in complementary medicine with a focus on leading-edge research on the epigenetic effects of lived circumstances in health and wellness.


Katherina is enrolled in the Bachelor of Health Sciences, BHSc. degree program at Queen’s University. She has completed advanced courses in Law, Political Science, Nutrition and Biochemistry.


At LHH Knightsbridge, Katherina served as the co-Chair of the Health and Safety Committee. She is Birkman certified and is qualifying as a candidate for the ICF coach ACC credential.


Larry Ross

Partner, Executive Search

Over the course of Larry’s 25+ years of executive search experience – 16 as a Partner – he has led over 500 senior level search assignments. The vast industry and functional knowledge he’s gained through practicing as a generalist provides him a unique foundational platform from which he can further build his reputation as a trusted talent advisor to clients in the global Consumer and Professional Services sectors.

Larry has been particularly successful in helping entrepreneurs grow their businesses through the attraction and integration of disciplined leaders who demonstrate an ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments while leading in a journey to teach and mentor colleagues in how to adopt professional business practices

While Larry has recruited leaders of most functional areas, he is recognized for his solid track record recruiting experienced CEOs, presidents and general managers, as well as senior level leaders in all other key functional areas.

Larry holds an Honours undergraduate degree (HBA) and a Masters degree (MBA), both from Western University’s Ivey School of Business. He is the past President and a former 12-year board member of Canada’s largest seasonal not-for-profit tennis club. He and his wife live in North Toronto and are the proud parents of four children.

Laura Machan

Partner, Recruitment Solutions

Laura is a Partner in LHH Knightsbridge’s Recruitment Solutions Practice. She has more than 15 years of progressive Human Resource Management and Recruiting experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction and power generation. Laura focuses on building the engineering practice as well as working with clients in other major market segments.

 

Laura’s practice has been built on her ability to ask the kind of questions that get to the heart of the search and the specific skills and attitudes that will be required to be successful in a role.

 

She is a hands-on recruiter who prides herself on being able to turn the web inside out to find the right candidates.


With a passion for advocacy, Laura has led initiatives with the Canadian Federation of University Women at the provincial and local levels. She is also active in Women in Nuclear as an invited speaker and a member of the Board of Directors. She is currently Co-Chair for the Sponsorship Committee for the WiN Global Conference in 2020.


Laura is a graduate of the University of Toronto and holds certificates in Human Resources Management from the Rotman School of Business and Adult Education.


Lindsay Millard

Lindsay Millard is a Senior Consultant with LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) Executive Search and has over 10 years of executive search experience. Lindsay has provided professional execution services to top-tier, retained, executive search firms across a variety of industries and functional roles including CPG, retail, industrial, professional and financial services, IT, telecommunications and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Lindsay was a member of the largest, privately-held, global executive search firm as a member of the North American Consumer team. She brings a solid track record and disciplined approach to conducting research and executing projects at the senior executive level.

Lindsay received her B. Commerce, with a major in Finance, from Ryerson University. She has also received her Certification in the Birkman Signature Assessment program.


Lisa Knight

Managing Partner, Executive Search

As Managing Partner at LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge), Lisa works with clients in financial services, retail/consumer and electricity/utilities, to help them advance their businesses through the acquisition and optimization of top talent, at both the executive and board levels. A holistic thinker and problem-solver, Lisa partners closely with the Talent & Leadership Development team at LHH Knightsbridge, crafting tailored solutions that incorporate assessment, search and coaching elements in an integrated approach to solving her clients’ leadership challenges. 

For the past three years, Lisa led the Executive Search Practice as Managing Partner, providing stability and direction to the business during a time of significant change, following the acquisition of Knightsbridge by Lee Hecht Harrison, the world’s leading workforce transformation company. 

Prior to joining Knightsbridge in 2004, Lisa was a Partner and Director of Resourcing and Development at Highland Partners Executive Search (previously TMP Worldwide) where she developed best practices for search execution and re-aligned, trained and lead a team of 60 researchers and associates across North America. In addition, Lisa was also deeply involved in many of the firm’s strategic corporate/business development efforts and search mandates.  

Lisa has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto. She is married with 3 children and resides in Toronto, Canada.  

Lizz Surajdeen

Executive Assistant

Lizz Surajdeen has been an Executive Assistant for over 23 years and in Administration for 28 + years. She has worked in Information Technology, Advertising, Healthcare and Real Estate industries prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge).

She is currently one of three Executive Assistants for the LHH Knightsbridge Practice and has been in the executive search business since 2011.

Lizz is the Executive Assistant to Robert Hosking, Senior Vice President, Managing Director – Search Practices and Lisa Knight, Managing Partner and has also worked concurrently with the Recruitment Solutions – 3 years and Interim Management Services – 5.5 years.

Aside from her day to day activities on her team Lizz is the other half of Lee Hecht Harrison Knightsbridge Social Committee and keeps our company very active with multiple events throughout the year.

In her spare time Lizz designs jewelry – Lizz Dahlin and does event planning – Lady Young Events. Traveling home to Trinidad and around the world as well as cruising is a huge part of her life.

Madiha Rashid

Senior Consultant, Executive Search

Madiha Rashid is a Consultant for LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) Executive Search and has over 8 years of executive search experience. She has developed a solid track record in successfully searching and placing senior-level executives in a variety of industries including consumer products, financial services, retail, technology, pharmaceuticals and energy. Madiha is well versed in a broad spectrum of functional areas including human resources, finance, sales and marketing, technology, data analytics, manufacturing/operations and general management.

Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Madiha was associated with a global executive search firm where she gained extensive experience on senior-level positions in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and North America. Madiha’s exposure to different cultures while residing in multiple countries has helped her inculcate a global mindset.

Madiha has a M.Sc. degree in Human Resources Management from Birkbeck, University of London, UK and holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Psychology from Sunway University, Malaysia. She is a member of the Human Resources Professional Association in Canada.

Madiha is an avid travel enthusiast and an active volunteer for settling new immigrants in Canada.

Matthew Dyck

Partner, Recruitment Solutions

Matt Dyck is a Recruitment Consultant with the LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto.

Matt has spent several years as an in-house recruitment specialist for a variety of industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Marketing and the Arts. He has successfully added value to the recruitment process by placing many candidates into their “perfect fit” roles. Matt has directly lead the sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding processes for all types of clients with a variety complex and unique roles.

He is a hands-on recruiter and his approach has always been one of relationship and trust building, and customer service. He is known as a hard-working, fun loving and dedicated HR professional with a long history in customer service.

Melanie Barbieri

Senior Consultant

Melanie Barbieri is a Senior Consultant at LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) in Toronto. Melanie is a Generalist in the field delivering on a variety of executive level searches across all major industries including energy & utilities, technology, consumer products, financial services and retail.


Before landing in Executive Search, Melanie worked at TD Securities in the HR Department. She obtained an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology from York University and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from George Brown College. She also maintains a CHRP designation.


Oksana Krupa

Executive Assistant

Oksana is an Executive Assistant in the Search Practice. She supports Partners in the Not-for-Profit, Public Sector, Healthcare industries and entrepreneurs.

 

Before joining LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge), she has been fortunate enough to enjoy a variety of roles in her career. Thus far, having worked as an Assistant Designer for Stonemill Realty, an Application Specialist for David W. Small Designs, as well as in Property Management, Facility Planning, and Customer Relationships for the City of Mississauga.

 

Oksana earned her Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from the M.Auezov South Kazakhstan State University and an associated degree in the Faculty of Applied Science and Technology from the Sheridan College in Brampton.

 

Last but not least, in her spare time, she enjoys working as a freelance Architectural Technologist under her own brand OKDesigns. 

Olivia Knight

Consultant, Recruitment Solutions

Olivia Knight is a Recruitment Consultant with the LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto.

 

Olivia has a diverse experience profile spanning academic, non-profit and consulting roles that has provided her with a unique suite of skills. In a recruiting capacity, she applies this experience to finding the right candidates for a variety of different functions and industries, including IT, Healthcare, Communications and Financial Services.

 

A relentless problem-solver, Olivia’s approach to the search process emphasizes the duality of successful recruitment strategies, which require planning and flexibility, focus and creativity, the ability to be both approachable and discerning. In addition to her aptitude for strategy, Olivia thrives on making genuine connections and helping match people with positions where they can excel.

 

Olivia holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree from the University of Guelph.

Piraveen Pulendran

Piraveen Pulendran is the Operation’s Manager, Recruitment Solutions with LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto.

 

Piraveen bring 13+ years of recruitment experience in various verticals, including experience with candidate recruitment, account management and operations to provide a full-cycle recruitment experience. Piraveen has worked on recruitment projects across Canada, including in Edmonton, Calgary, Vancouver, Surrey, Toronto.

 

Piraveen went to school for Business Administration – Management from Seneca College and has used his education and experience to provide high quality service to clients and candidates throughout his recruitment career.

 

With a passion for recruitment, Piraveen has dedicated his career to addressing pain points for clients and providing exceptional service in recruitment.

Stephen Bell

Managing Partner, Executive Interim Management

Stephen Bell is the Managing Partner in the Executive Interim Management practice with LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto.


Steve has a wealth of experience spanning a 25 year career in recruitment working in Europe and North America. He honed his skills at a top tier contingency recruitment company in the UK before opening his own boutique search firm.


Over his career Steve has demonstrated his ability to partner with his clients, to understand their culture, the challenges facing their organization and provide innovative recruitment solutions. He prides himself on his strong networks and being able to attract exceptional talent to his clients.


At LHH Knightsbridge Steve leads our public and not-for-profit Executive Interim Management practice. Last year he helped over 80 clients across a broad portfolio of senior roles by delivering exceptional talent within 3 - 5 days. He is the champion of the term ‘Strategic Interim’ and has a wealth of experience helping organizations with capacity or capability challenges.


Steve has worked across a broad range of sectors including – technology, not-for-profit, healthcare, education, energy and utilities.


Stephen Hime

Partner, Recruitment Solutions

Stephen has nearly 20 years of experience providing senior level search and recruitment services to client organizations in various industries throughout Canada. His experience has touched many industries in engineering, manufacturing, consulting and information technology. Stephen’s consultative and relationship oriented approach is key to understanding each client’s unique needs for talent acquisition. He has an extensive background in senior leadership, management and technical roles across many business functions. In addition to his extensive experience in professional search and recruitment, Stephen has led key Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) initiatives. 

Much of his career has involved the hiring of great talent. Prior to joining this industry, he was responsible for hiring to build effective teams in engineering IT and business systems consulting firms. Outside of work Stephen can be found supporting various volunteer activities or keeping in shape on a bike, preferably outdoors!

Stephen holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University.

Steve Koddermann

Steve Koddermann is a Partner in the Executive Interim Management practice with LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto.

Steve has a wealth of experience spanning a nearly 20 year career in recruitment. He crafted his skills at a leading global contingency recruitment company specializing in Finance and IT, before operating his own boutique search firm. Prior to that Steve worked as an SAP Consultant at AT&T, as well as held various positions ranging from Manager, Financial Reporting to Controller at a number of organizations in the Real Estate space.  

Over his career, Steve has demonstrated an ability to partner with his clients to understand the unique challenges facing their business and provide innovative recruitment solutions, while ensuring a strong cultural fit. He prides himself on being able to attract exceptional talent for his clients by drawing upon his extensive network. All the while operating with the utmost integrity and ‘doing the right thing’.

Tara Veysey

Partner, Executive Search

As Partner at LHH Knightsbridge Tara’s practice focuses on VP and C-level level mandates where she partners with clients primarily in the financial services and professional services sectors to help them advance their businesses through the acquisition and optimization of executive talent. Having built strong relationships and deep subject matter expertise across LHH’s various practices during her 14 year tenure as a Senior Consultant and VP, Business Development, Tara works particularly closely with the Leadership Development and Career Transition and Mobility teams at LHH, crafting tailored solutions that incorporate assessment, search and coaching elements in an integrated approach to solving clients’ executive talent needs.

 

Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Tara spent 10+ years in the financial services sector where she consulted with internal business units, providing expertise on all Human Resources matters and supported the people strategies designed to enable the achievement of business objectives.

 

Tara has an Executive Certificate Program in Advanced Human Resources, Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, coaching certifications through CoachU and Adler as well as a Bachelors of Education degree from the University of Victoria, BC. Tara has also been a volunteer mentor with Women in Communication and Technology (WCT) since 2017. She lives with her family in Toronto, Canada.

Thomas Lee

Research Consultant

Tom Lee is a Researcher for LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) Executive Search and has had progressive academic, business, and executive search experience. He conducts research assignments in the academic, healthcare, energy/utilities, manufacturing, financial services, insurance, government, NFP, pharmaceutical, and professional services industries.

Prior to joining LHH Knightsbridge, Tom has worked in retail management, consulting, and academia. He is a published author, having written case studies and articles in business.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminology from the University of Toronto, and an MBA in Strategic Management from the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia.

Tim Hewat

Partner, Executive Search

Tim is a Partner at LHH Knightsbridge (formerly Amrop Knightsbridge) with over 30 years of management experience leading marketing and sales teams in a number of industries including technology, financial services and commercial real estate. Tim focuses on building the firm’s Technology Practice (technology, media & software), as well as working with clients in the Venture Capital/Private Equity and Transportation space. Tim is also active in the Board search practice.

Tim’s consulting approach starts with gaining an understanding of his clients’ growth strategies. This business approach, underpinned by a solid search methodology, has resulted in a group of highly satisfied clients. He continues to be personally involved in every search, ensuring a tight focus on selecting the right candidate.

Since 2012 Tim has managed the annual nomination and selection process for the Canadian Business Hall of Fame. In this capacity, he is actively involved in identifying noteworthy business leaders that would be considered compelling to both the Canadian business community and to aspiring Junior Achievement students.

Tim is an advisor to Next Canada, an organization that builds world class ventures and propels Canadian technology companies. Tim earned his MBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He also holds an Economics degree from Queen's University.
