At LHH Executive Search we are partnering with a leading technology and digital transformation organization seeking a senior executive to lead and scale its Data & AI business. This is a high-impact leadership role with full accountability for strategy, growth, delivery excellence, people leadership, and financial performance.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping the organization's future capabilities in Data, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and emerging technologies, while driving measurable business outcomes for a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients.

This position offers the opportunity to influence corporate strategy, lead a multidisciplinary organization, and accelerate the adoption of next-generation AI solutions across multiple industries.

Reporting to de Managing Director, your main responsibilities will include to:

·      Define and execute the long-term vision and growth strategy for the Data & AI business.

·      Anticipate market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving client needs to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of innovation and value creation.

·      Identify new market opportunities and develop differentiated offerings that strengthen the company's competitive positioning.

·      Own the full business unit P&L, driving sustainable growth, operational efficiency, profitability, and resource optimization.

·      Develop and execute strategic growth plans, balancing short-term performance with long-term value creation.

·      Monitor key business metrics and implement initiatives to improve scalability, productivity, and commercial performance.

·      Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and executive decision-makers.

·      Translate complex business challenges into high-impact Data & AI solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

·      Lead strategic pursuits, executive-level discussions, and complex business development initiatives.

·      Support the creation of compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.

·      Ensure the successful delivery of large-scale Data & AI programs, maintaining the highest standards of quality, governance, and client satisfaction.

·      Establish common methodologies, delivery frameworks, and best practices across the organization.

·      Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, innovation, and operational excellence.

·      Lead the evolution of the company's Data & AI capabilities, including advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and industrialized AI operations.

·      Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.

·      Promote the adoption of emerging technologies that accelerate solution development and enhance business impact.

·      Lead, inspire, and develop a large multidisciplinary organization comprising data scientists, data engineers, architects, consultants, analysts, and technology leaders.

·      Build a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, engagement, and professional growth.

·      Act as a mentor and coach for senior leaders, ensuring strong succession planning and leadership development.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished executive with a proven track record of leading Data & AI organizations while successfully balancing growth, operational excellence, client engagement, and financial performance.

The necessary qualifications for this role include:

·      Extensive senior leadership experience within technology services, consulting, digital transformation, or large-scale enterprise environments.

·      Demonstrated success leading large multidisciplinary organizations, including large teams of professionals across multiple functions and locations.

·      Strong business management expertise with direct ownership of significant P&L responsibilities.

·      Deep understanding of Data & AI ecosystems, including data platforms, advanced analytics, machine learning, generative AI, cloud technologies, AI governance, and operating models.

·      Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders, managing strategic relationships and complex transformation initiatives.

·      Successful track record in driving growth, developing new business opportunities, and building differentiated market propositions.

·      Experience leading organizational transformation, innovation programs, and large-scale technology delivery organizations.
