We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Lead to drive the design, implementation, and operation of the companys IT infrastructure. This role combines strong technical expertise with team leadership, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing environments aligned with business needs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, overseeing cloud-based infrastructure (primarily Azure), and ensuring efficient deployment pipelines and system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of infrastructure engineers (typically 36 people).
Design, implement, and maintain scalable IT infrastructure, mainly in cloud environments (Azure-based).
Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Ensure system availability, performance, and security across all environments.
Define best practices, standards, and procedures for infrastructure operations.
Collaborate with development and architecture teams to support delivery and scalability.
Manage incidents, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement processes.
Participate in strategic decisions regarding infrastructure evolution and technology roadmap.
Requisitos
Requirements
Proven experience in IT Infrastructure / DevOps / Cloud environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (or similar cloud platforms).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure as Code.
Background in managing or leading technical teams.
Solid knowledge of networks, databases, and distributed systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and structured thinking.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform/Bicep, or similar.
Exposure to international environments or distributed teams.
Experience in high-availability and production-critical environments.
