THE COMPANY

Mattr Corp. is a global company with revenue exceeding $1 Billion. The organization serves various sectors of the Electrification, Transportation, Water Management and Energy markets through two reporting segments: Composite Technologies and Connection Technologies. The Company operates through a global network of manufacturing facilities and is valued for its innovation, technology, customer responsiveness and proven product performance in the most demanding applications.

Mattr, previously known as Shawcor, has traded as a public company for over 55 years and has recently completed a fundamental transformation. Through the sale of 9 discrete business lines and the acquisition of 3 strategically aligned targets, Mattr has rapidly evolved from a highly volatile oilfield pipeline focused company, into a growth oriented critical infrastructure product provider. With a robust balance sheet, profitable and differentiated business lines, and a recently refreshed North American manufacturing footprint, Mattr is focused on consistently elevating profitability and free cash flow generation via operational efficiency gains, organic growth investment and disciplined acquisition.

In parallel with its physical transformation, Mattr is moving through a cultural transformation – evolving from a high-bureaucracy, risk averse, top-down culture, to a team-oriented, entrepreneurial, empowered, accountable and nimble culture. Mattr seeks individuals who embody its values, including innovation, integrity, transparency, and teamwork, all driven by a customer-centric focus.
