Andrew Brown


Andrew Brown is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto.


Andrew has spent several years in the search business focusing on servicing clients in a variety of industries such as financial services, telecom, consumer packaged goods, and not-for-profit.  He has successfully placed individuals into many different positions including sales, technology, operations, compliance and finance. 


Andrew’s relationship-based approach has enabled him to provide successful results to clients in a variety of industries. He has established himself as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates alike and never loses sight of their best interests. 


Stephen Hime


Stephen has nearly 20 years of experience providing senior level search and recruitment services to client organizations in various industries throughout Canada.  His experience has touched many industries in engineering, manufacturing, consulting and information technology.  Stephen’s consultative and relationship oriented approach is key to understanding each client’s unique needs for talent acquisition.  He has an extensive background in senior leadership, management and technical roles across many business functions.  In addition to his extensive experience in professional search and recruitment, Stephen has led key Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) initiatives. 


Laura Machan


Laura is a Partner in LHH Knightsbridge’s Recruitment Solutions Practice. She has more than 15 years of progressive Human Resource Management and Recruiting experience in industries such as manufacturing, construction and power generation. Laura focuses on building the engineering practice as well as working with clients in other major market segments.


Laura’s practice has been built on her ability to ask the kind of questions that get to the heart of the search and the specific skills and attitudes that will be required to be successful in a role.


She is a hands-on recruiter who prides herself on being able to turn the web inside out to find the right candidates.


Collin MacLeod


Collin MacLeod is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto.


Collin has spent the last ten years in the search industry and has experience recruiting in a broad array of fields ranging from logistics and supply chain, technical and engineering, sales and marketing and financial and operations roles.  Over the last six years Collin has established his expertise and shown his experience managing senior level searches within the broader public sector with a strong focus on Healthcare. 


Jon Nagamatsu


Jon Nagamatsu is a Partner with the LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto


Jon brings more than 15 years in the search industry with international and local organizations focusing primarily on financial, operational and human resources roles across a variety of industry sectors including, professional services, real estate, financial services, CPG/retail, mining and technology.  Jon enjoys both client development / management as well as search execution aspects.


Prior to his time in search, Jon worked in public accounting with a big 4 accounting firm including a secondment to Australia as well as leading recruitment and training aspects.

Jon holds the CPA, CA designation along with an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree focused in Co-op Accountancy from the University of Waterloo.  Jon is also a member of the Finance & Audit Committee for Parkinson Canada where he has volunteered since 2006 and volunteers his time to various CPA events including DECA at the High School and University levels.


Lawrence Shaw


Lawrence Shaw is a Partner with LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto.


Lawrence has more than seven years of global search experience.  He began his search career in Melbourne, Australia where he quickly became an expert in recruiting within the Human Resources function. His track record of success has been demonstrated working across a number of industry sectors, including professional services, CPG, manufacturing, pharma/biotech, medical devices, construction and industrial. 


Lawrence’s strong commercial acumen allows him to understand the challenges facing these diverse industries and he develops strong talent engagement strategies to find the right fit for each unique client. A true cross functional specialist Lawrence is an expert in delivering our proactive search methodology.


Matthew Dyck

Matt Dyck is a Recruitment Consultant with the LHH Knightsbridge Recruitment Solutions Team in Toronto.


Matt has spent several years as an in-house recruitment specialist for a variety of industries including Healthcare, Manufacturing, Marketing and the Arts.  He has successfully added value to the recruitment process by placing many candidates into their “perfect fit” roles.  Matt has directly lead the sourcing, interviewing and on-boarding processes for all types of clients with a variety complex and unique roles.

Monika Far is a Manager, Operations for the Recruitment Solutions team at LHH Knightsbridge in Toronto.


She has experience working with different national and international industries such as United Nations. She has worked extensively in matters involving operations and project development, producing annual budgets, financial reporting and improving processes and policies in support of organizational goals. 

She works well in a professional, fast-paced environment as a proactive team player while efficiently managing multiple projects, priorities and internal and external client expectations.


Monika attended the Azad University of Iran and holds a Master of International Relations and she also holds certificates in Strategic Planning and Procurement Management.
