Accountant (Shared Services Center)

An international company operating in the logistics and supply chain sector is further expanding its Financial Shared Services Center located in Katowice as part of its dynamic growth strategy. We are currently seeking an Accountant who will support the development of the finance team and take part in strengthening SSC operations.

Profil kandydata:

• Min. 2 years of experience in accounting (PTP/OTC/RTR)
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
• Good understanding of accounting and tax rules
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP knowledge
• English min. B2; additional European language is an asset
• Detail-oriented mindset, analytical skills, teamwork and problem-solving attitude

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Process PO and non-PO invoices and maintain vendor data
• Perform GR/IR reconciliation and support period/year-end closing
• Prepare payment proposals and handle vendor queries
• Ensure compliance with Local GAAP, internal policies and SLAs/KPIs
• Act as first point of contact for PTP-related questions from stakeholders
• Maintain and update SOPs
• Support audits and internal controls
• Participate in process improvements and standardization initiatives
