Accountant (SSC) with Spanish / Portuguese

A well-established company in the logistics and supply chain industry is continuing to develop its Financial Shared Services Center in Katowice as part of its ongoing growth and transformation. We are currently looking for an Accountant with Spanish or Portuguese to join the team and support its further expansion.

Profil kandydata:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
• Min. 2 years of experience in PTP or related (AP, AR, OTC, RTR)
• Good understanding of accounting and tax rules
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP knowledge
• Detail-oriented mindset, analytical skills, teamwork and problem-solving attitude
• English min. B1
• French / Portuguese min. B2

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Process PO and non-PO invoices and maintain vendor data
• Perform GR/IR reconciliation and support period/year-end closing
• Prepare payment proposals and handle vendor queries
• Ensure compliance with Local GAAP, internal policies and SLAs/KPIs
• Act as first point of contact for PTP-related questions from stakeholders
• Maintain and update SOPs
• Support audits and internal controls
• Participate in process improvements and standardization initiatives
