• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
• Experience in an international and/or matrix environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and build strong relationships
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Fluency in English

• Partner with managers to drive organizational effectiveness and business performance
• Advise leaders on HR-related topics, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design
• Lead and implement HR initiatives aligned with company strategy
• Drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture
• Support change management and organizational transformation
• Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
