Client Description:

Join to newly established SSC structure and gain experience in transition process from France.

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience in PTP
  • Good understanding of accounting rules
  • Strong Excel skills (i.a. VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP knowledge (SAP especially);
  • English min. B2;
  • understanding of French will be an added value
  • Detail-oriented mindset, analytical skills, teamwork and problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities:

  • Process PO and non-PO invoices and maintain vendor data
  • Perform GR/IR reconciliation and support period/year-end closing
  • Prepare payment proposals and handle vendor queries
  • Ensure compliance with Local GAAP, internal policies and SLAs/KPIs
  • Act as first point of contact for PTP-related questions from stakeholders
  • Maintain and update SOPs
  • Support audits and internal controls
  • Participate in process improvements and standardization initiatives
