PTP Accountant (Junior/Mid)
Client Description:
Join to newly established SSC structure and gain experience in transition process from France.
Candidate Profile:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or similar
- 1-2 years of experience in PTP
- Good understanding of accounting rules
- Strong Excel skills (i.a. VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and ERP knowledge (SAP especially);
- English min. B2;
- understanding of French will be an added value
- Detail-oriented mindset, analytical skills, teamwork and problem-solving attitude
Responsibilities:
- Process PO and non-PO invoices and maintain vendor data
- Perform GR/IR reconciliation and support period/year-end closing
- Prepare payment proposals and handle vendor queries
- Ensure compliance with Local GAAP, internal policies and SLAs/KPIs
- Act as first point of contact for PTP-related questions from stakeholders
- Maintain and update SOPs
- Support audits and internal controls
- Participate in process improvements and standardization initiatives
