We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional HR Operations Director to lead and optimize HR operations across multiple geographies. This role plays a critical part in driving efficiency, standardization, and transformation within HR service delivery, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in HR Operations leadership at a regional or global level
  • Strong track record in HR transformation, including experience with transitions/migrations to GBS or shared services environments (ideally within Poland)
  • A unique blend of technical expertise (process optimization, systems, data) and deep understanding of HR operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels across different cultures
  • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing distributed teams
  • Ability to operate in a complex, matrixed, international environment
  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations across the region, ensuring high-quality, consistent service delivery
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR Business Partners, and Centers of Excellence
  • Drive transformation initiatives, including the migration and consolidation of HR operations into a Global Business Services (GBS) model in Poland
  • Design and implement scalable, efficient HR processes, leveraging technology and best practices
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and global policies across multiple jurisdictions
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
  • Act as a key advisor on HR operational strategy and organizational effectiveness
