Profil kandydata:

• 6+ years of experience managing critical database systems.
• Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL technologies, query optimization, and schema design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS database services and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in scripting (Python/Bash) and monitoring tools (Cloudwatch, Grafana, Datadog).
• Solid understanding of DevOps practices and containerization (Docker).
• Proven leadership in technical teams and stakeholder collaboration.
• Master’s degree in Software Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Zakres odpowiedzialności:

• Architect and implement relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis) databases.
• Optimize query performance, indexing, partitioning, and sharding for high-throughput systems.
• Ensure data reliability through robust backup, replication, and failover strategies.
• Manage cloud-based databases (AWS RDS, Aurora) using native scalability features.
• Promote best practices in coding, testing, and security.
• Lead technical design discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Drive architectural improvements and contribute to agile development processes.
