As a Cloud Engineer (M365 & Azure), you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our cloud solutions are efficient and secure.

Key Tasks:

• Optimize, administer, and develop the entire M365 suite.
• Lead the introduction, design, and implementation of new M365 services such as Teams for the entire organization.
• Develop and establish governance for Microsoft SaaS services.
• Act as deputy for the Senior System Engineer in the OnPremise environment, overseeing 200 servers across three hypervisors in IT and OT.
• Participate in IT on-call services and IT service management including change, problem, and incident management.
• Support employees and the IT security team.
• Define and create checklists, work instructions, and document processes.
• Execute system adjustments (users, roles, permissions, etc.).
• Document and monitor the cloud landscape.

Requirements:

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist (Informatiker/in EFZ) or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications in Microsoft Cloud Services are advantageous.
• Strong customer and service orientation, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• ITIL certification and experience with ITSM tools preferred.
• Passion for developing IT solutions and driving change.
