We are pleased to collaborate with a fast-growing company active on a global scale, in finding a FP&A Senior Manager.


Reporting directly to the Group CFO, the FP&A Senior Manager will spearhead all financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities, while offering strategic insights to steer decision-making across the organization. 


In this context, your main missions are:


Strategic Financial Planning:


  • Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for all Business Units.
  • Develop and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.

Reporting and Analysis:


  • Oversee reporting for external partners (franchisors and owners) in accordance with corporate accounting procedures.
  • Analyze financial performance and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis for senior management and stakeholders.

Insightful Commentary and Recommendations:


  • Provide insightful commentary and actionable recommendations to elucidate variances and drive business performance.

Collaboration and Support:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support key business initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis as required to support decision-making and special projects.

Process Improvement:


  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within the financial planning and analysis function.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.


Your profile:


  • You have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • You are proficient in accounting principles
  • You have 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis.
  • You are recognised by your strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • You have a very good knowledge in financial modeling, Excel, and PowerPoint and a good experience with ERP and BI tools (required)
  • Your excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders will be a very plus on your profile
  • You have a strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • You are fluent in English and French ( mandatory); proficiency in any other language is advantageous.
