LHH is recruiting a Business Analyst for a well-established private bank based in Geneva. The role is part of a strategic fee migration project within the accounting department. We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical profile with strong data management skills.


As part of a strategic project involving the migration of periodic and transactional fees, the Business Analyst will play a key role in supporting data analysis, exception handling, and coordination between internal stakeholders to ensure the success of the migration process.



Responsibilities:



  • Collect relevant data to identify fee exceptions;
  • Analyze and detect patterns in tariff discrepancies;
  • Propose appropriate data cleansing and migration strategies;
  • Coordinate action plans with involved departments;
  • Document findings and recommendations in a clear and structured way;
  • Prepare tracking dashboards for project stream leaders;
  • Support other project-related tasks as neede

Profile:



  • Educational background in banking or finance (equivalent to a CFC or higher);
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking or financial services sector;
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel;
  • Knowledge of Temenos, Power BI, or SAP is a plus;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams;
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills;
  • Professional fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
