On behalf of our client in Geneva, we are seeking a highly proactive, discreet, and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support their CEO. The ideal candidate will expertly manage complex schedules, anticipate needs, handle confidential information with utmost discretion, and act as a true gatekeeper, filtering and prioritizing information and requests.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and anticipation.
  • Actively anticipate the CEO's needs, taking initiative to resolve issues before they arise.
  • Filter and synthesize incoming information, ensuring the CEO receives only relevant, pre-screened data and requests.
  • Alleviate the CEO’s mental load by proactively identifying areas of support and streamlining daily operations.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
  • Provide seamless coordination of internal and external meetings, including preparation of briefing materials.
  • Assist occasionally with personal tasks (approximately 5% of responsibilities), such as coordinating travel logistics.
