For one of our clients in Geneva area, we are recruiting a Senior IS/IT Manager – Applications Development.

Responsibilities:
As an IT Manager - Applications Development you lead an Application Development team, you manage project, you oversee support and maintain activities for the solutions. Besides, you work with project sponsors to secure approval for new initiatives and you lead the project organisation and you follow-up project tasks and deliverables. Moreover, you develop a strong case for new products and services, you establish product roadmaps. You also, oversee support (L1/L2/L3) activities to quickly address operational and end-user issues in partnership with IRU business teams. You manage corrective and adaptive maintenance work to maintain application reliability and improve service.
Profile:
- Master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering or equivalent
- A least 10 years working in software application development
- Strong team management experience ( leading teams of 5 to 10 developers)
- Agile methods such as Scrum
- Extreme Programming or Kanban in a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner role
- ITIL
- English fluent
