For one of our clients in Geneva we are recruiting an IT Support Specialist who is open-minded and client-oriented, is passionate about his work, who believes in success and has a strong team spirit. Are you looking for you next challenging position? This opportunity is for you!


Responsibilities :


As an IT Support Specialist you provide support to end-users' IT environment (MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, MS Sharepoint...). You are in charge of incident and request management, you identify, record, prioritize and categorize incidents and requests. You investigate causes and resolution of incident and you escalate the unresolved ones. You document, close the resolved incidents and fulfilled requests. Besides, you install and deploy end-user hardware and software, you follow-up end-user equipment lifecycle and you contribute to the development of standard operation procedures.


Profile:


  • Master in IT or equivalent
  • At least 3 to 5 years' experience in similar position
  • Good knowledge in Active Directory
  • Good knowledge in MS Office
  • Good knowledge in Sharepoint
  • Knowledge in IP Phones and videoconferencing
  • Knowledge in Software deployment tools
  • French fluent and good English
  • Resident in Switzerland mandatory
