Our client is an international retail group of companies. Industry leader in its sector of activities.
Now looking for an Analytics and Controlling manager for a 6 months fixed term contract (possibility to extend), with an immediate start.
Hybrid working policy is supported.
Analytics & Controlling Manager
- Lead data analytics and reporting efforts for the HR team
- Manage the team's budgeting and forecasting for the group Headquarter
- Analyze variances and recommend improvements for cost optimization
- Drive process enhancements and workflow optimizations
- Implement KPI dashboards for the team and collaborate on performance monitoring
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years working in a multinational company, working in accounting, controlling / reporting, cost accounting, budgeting or as a business analyst
- Minimum 10 years of experience working related to Payroll / HR Generalist
- Minimum a Bachelor degree in Finance / Controlling / Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent
- Fluent level of English and French. Fluent level in German would be a plus.
- Good command of ERP and analytic software, as well as in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in using Abacus ERP would be a plus.
