About the Company:

Our client is a leading construction manufacturing company, delivering high-quality, pre-engineered components and turnkey solutions across the DACH region. With a strong focus on technical innovation and operational excellence, they are seeking a Project Manager (m/w/d) to manage the coordination and execution of projects from concept to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate technical aspects of construction manufacturing projects
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables from design through execution
• Review technical drawings and specifications; ensure compliance with relevant standards
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align on project goals
• Support documentation, cost tracking, and reporting throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify risks, propose solutions, and ensure on-time, in-budget delivery
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
• Provide technical input for proposals and customer consultations

Your Profile:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in project engineering or technical project management, ideally in construction or manufacturing
• Strong technical understanding of construction processes and standards
• Fluent German (spoken and written) is essential
• English skills for internal communication and documentation
• Proficiency with CAD, project planning tools, and MS Office
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the DACH region
