Job responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CAPEX projects, focusing on septic filling and sterile filtration processes, from initiation through to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, and resource requirements.
- Apply technical expertise to evaluate feasibility, conduct risk assessments, and recommend innovative solutions.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection and contract negotiation, to acquire necessary equipment and services.
- Facilitate commissioning, validation, and operational readiness activities to ensure smooth project handover.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders, leveraging expertise in septic filling and sterile filtration technologies.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards (e.g., FDA, ISO) and company policies throughout project lifecycle.
Your profile:
- Education background in Engineering
- Professional experience in managing CAPEX projects within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Fluent in German and English is a must
- Expertise in septic filling and sterile filtration processes, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of equipment and technologies.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
