The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge in civil engineering with strong relationship management skills to deliver outstanding customer solutions and foster long-term partnerships.


Job requirements:



  • Manage and develop relationships with strategic key accounts in the construction sector.
  • Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor, understanding customer needs and translating them into tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within key accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and support during contract negotiations.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and ongoing communication.


Candidate Profile:



  • Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in sales management or technical account management, preferably within manufacturing or construction-related industries.
  • Native or fluent German speaker with good command of English.
  • Strong technical understanding of mechanical components used in construction.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
