Join a Global Healthcare Leader as a Production Planner (m/f/d) – Zug area

Are you passionate about driving supply chain excellence and ensuring the timely delivery of life-saving healthcare products? We are currently looking for a Production Planner to join an innovative and international operations team based in Zug area.

In this pivotal role, you'll be part of a forward-thinking Production Planning team within a globally recognized healthcare organization – one that plays a key role in delivering critical medical devices to patients worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

• Translate market demand into actionable production and material planning.
• Maintain and optimize production schedules to meet customer needs.
• Manage planning for devices, spare parts, and accessories.
• Oversee product phase-outs and material transitions.
• Ensure inventory levels are aligned with service targets and scrap is minimized.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, manufacturing, and global planning.
• Analyze forecasts, stock levels, and key supply chain metrics.
• Use SAP and planning tools to manage master data and planning parameters.

Your Profile:

• Completed technical or commercial education with further training in Supply Chain Management, or a degree (HF/FH).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, logistics, or procurement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across interfaces.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP PP/SD/MM).
• Fluent in German, with at least B2-level English.

Key Details:

• Start Date: As soon as possible (latest: August 1, 2025)
• Contract Duration: 12 months
• Workload: 80–100%
• Work Model: Hybrid (up to 2 days home office)
• Location: Zug area, Switzerland
