Location: Zug area, Switzerland (50% remote possible)

What You'll Do
- Design and develop robust full-stack software using Rust and C++.
- Lead and implement software development tasks from concept to deployment.
- Contribute to software architecture, feasibility studies, and technical specifications.
- Perform reviews, testing, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate across engineering disciplines to drive innovation in diagnostic systems.
- Ensure high-quality standards and compliance with regulatory processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven hands-on experience with Rust in a professional setting.
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and Rust core concepts (ownership, borrowing, lifetimes).
- Familiarity with tokio, actix-web, serde, sqlx, or similar Rust libraries.
- Strong experience with C++, Linux, and Docker.
- Basic scripting skills and familiarity with RabbitMQ and CAN bus are a plus.
- Understanding of event-driven architecture and interest in hardware-related software is beneficial.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices) is advantageous.
- Proactive mindset, strong documentation habits, and excellent communication skills.
- English fluency required; German is a plus.
