LHH is looking for a Marketing Project Manager for one of our top clients!

Job Description:

This role is focused on supporting the operational logistics for a team of creative professionals who are engaged in various design and production tasks, including creating presentation decks, microsites, UX/UI work, marketing materials, and producing videos and motion graphics.

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and coordinate the activities of designers and offshore resources.

• Participate in internal client meetings, offering guidance and solution-oriented support.

• Facilitate the operational logistics for a team of creatives involved in designing presentation decks, microsites, UX/UI work, marketing assets, and producing videos and motion graphics.

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure projects align with their objectives.

• Develop and refine processes tailored to customer needs, including creating and implementing project plans that define scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

• Collaborate with marketing peers to establish design and production expectations for projects.

• Review brand guidelines and advise customers on alternative solutions.

Requirements:

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities and strict deadlines.

• Attention to detail for managing program elements, progress, and timing.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and apply business rules and concepts.

• Proven experience in marketing and a willingness to learn.

• Knowledge of fundamental project management concepts, practices, and procedures in related skill sets.

• Experience with project management tools like Optimizely, Monday.com, workflow management systems like Aprimo, or database solutions like Salesforce is a plus.

• At least 3 years of general project management experience.
