For our client, the Swiss branch of a leading international company in its industry, we are seeking exclusively for an Senior HR Generalist with expertise in Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR contact for approximately 200 employees at the Swiss branch located in Basel. You will be an integral part of a dynamic international HR team, contributing to shaping the workforce and organizational culture at the local level.


As a Senior HR Generalist (m/f/d) 100%, your responsibilities will span a diverse range of HR-related tasks aimed at creating a vibrant workplace environment and providing support to the outstanding sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the local branch's HR functions and contribute to its overall success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for supporting employees throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Optimize HR processes and address employee inquiries in a professional manner
  • Lead the sourcing and recruitment efforts to attract top talent for the local branch, assisting in making well-informed hiring decisions
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the local reputation of the organization
  • Collaborate with payroll and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely pre-payroll data processing
  • Monitor company benefits and ensure compliance with labor law regulations
  • Manage employee relations and foster positive working relationships within the organization
  • Engage in close collaboration with European HR projects, providing valuable insights and expertise
  • Act as a bridge between internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication
  • Provide HR guidance and support to management
  • Participate in local initiatives aimed at boosting team spirit and enhancing employee engagement

Your profile:


  • Successfully completed further training as a Swiss certified specialist
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Excellent written and spoken German and fluency in English, knowledge of French is a plus
  • Sound knowledge of swiss labour law issues
  • Experience in the recruitment of employees and employer branding
  • Proficient om MS Office and familiarity with HR tools
  • An outgoing, motivated and solution-orientated personality with strong interpersonal skills
  • High resilience and precision, you thrive in a dynamic environment, handling tasks independently
