For our long-standing international client, we are looking for an Project Manager (m/f/d) 100% starting immediately or by arrangement. The company is located in Kloten, Zurich


In this key position, you will be responsible for designing, piloting, and rolling out a new training program that drives cultural transformation and operational excellence through team empowerment and capability building.


Key Responsibilities:


Program Management


  • Develop and execute a new training strategy and program
  • Lead the pilot program and assess readiness for broader rollout
  • Create an implementation roadmap and success metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional support requirements

Change Management


  • Drive cultural transformation towards self-directed teams
  • Develop change management and communication plans
  • Coach leaders and teams through the transition
  • Address resistance and implementation challenges

Process Development


  • Create team structures and operating mechanisms
  • Establish performance management frameworks
  • Design training and development programs
  • Develop standard operating procedures

Competencies:


  • Self-starter – comfortable working with minimal supervision and guidance, as well as in ambiguous situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent change management capabilities
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in program management
  • Experience in training and coaching
  • Background in industrial goods, manufacturing, or aviation is a plus
