The company specializes in the development and manufacture of customized, prefabricated reinforcements and reinforcement systems that meet the highest technical requirements.

Job responsibilities:

-Innovate and develop innovative reinforcement systems. 

- Develop and use software tools for structural analysis and product design. 

- Utilize coding and programming, including implementation of AI techniques. 

- Collaborate with teams across various disciplines to bring innovative products to market. 

- Perform structural analysis and design

- Industrialization

Your profile:

· Civil Engineer ETH / TU with in-depth knowledge of structural engineering

· At least 5 years of professional experience in the same or similar job function

· Further training in business administration or similar is an advantage but not essential.

· Very good knowledge of the industry-standard software for structural engineering

· Fluent German. English is an advantage.

· Solution oriented personality
