Responsibilities:

• Designing, planning, implementing, and maintaining firewall and network solutions in customer environments
• Collaborating, planning, and executing customer projects
• Analyzing disruptions and error conditions and resolving them (2nd level support)
• Advising and supporting customers in procurement projects and in the design and implementation of firewall and network solutions
• Standardizing and automating operational processes
• Creating and updating necessary documentation
• Providing remote and on-site customer support

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training in computer science, specializing in system engineering/platform development
• Strong network and firewall knowledge with extensive practical experience (preferably Cisco and Fortigate)
• Independent, precise work approach with structured and solution-oriented methods
• Team player with a strong customer orientation
• Category B driver's license and own vehicle for on-site assignments
