Your profile:

• Education background in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Around five years of work experience in the field of mechanics
• Knowledge of the aerospace standards (nice to have)
• Good project management abilities
• Team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute to cross-functional teams
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle changing priorities and work environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Customer-focused mindset, dedicated to meeting and exceeding customer expectations
• Proactive attitude towards learning and professional development
• Fluent in German and English

Your responsibilities:

• Providing early-stage design, planning and project management support during the bidding process.
• Offering technical support to purchasing through supplier selection, evaluation and audits, and suggesting options for cost reduction
• Assisting in product validation according to aerospace standards
• Supporting production technology and process development for production trials
• Creating technical datasheets and requirement specifications for supplier assessment
• Leading the cost calculation process for selected products
• Assisting quality management department
• Collaborating with the sales team and technology stakeholders
• Acting as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries
