Oversee a department dedicated to yield engineering and process integration. Develop team capabilities, ensure strong performance, and achieve key KPIs.


  • Technology Industrialization & Product Launch: Guide new technologies and product introductions from qualification through mass production. Monitor daily production data, drive product yield and performance improvements (capability, reliability), and manage material assessments and deviations.
  • Process Control Ownership: Lead operational responsibility for parametric and reliability testing, including outgoing electrical monitoring and continuous capability enhancement.
  • Change & Deviation Governance: Serve as a central technical member of change-review and material-review boards.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, process development, quality, maintenance, business units, and technical support teams.
  • Strategic Alignment: Define, implement, and communicate department priorities in line with the fab’s overall strategy.
  • Benchmarking & Supplier Coordination: Conduct technical benchmarking against industry leaders and manage relations with external wafer foundries.

  • 11+ years in high‑tech environments, including 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Deep expertise in product yield engineering and ongoing technology optimization—strong track record of delivering results
  • Specialized in process integration and semiconductor manufacturing workflows
  • Proven team leader—coaching, performance management, and talent development
  • Experienced in new product introduction: layout review and design‑rule evaluation
  • Skilled in setting up complex operations: defining KPIs, workflows, process improvements, and cultural shifts
  • Capable of designing systemic solutions to support long‑term strategy
  • Self‑starter—organized, proactive, solution‑focused, meticulous, reliable, adaptable
  • Excellent communicator—engages effectively from operators to executive leadership
  • Strong team player with excellent stress-management and collaboration skills
  • Solid experience in project management
  • In-depth knowledge of automotive IC manufacturing
  • Proficient in automotive industry core tools: statistics, data analysis, and risk-based frameworks
