Role Overview:


As an Account Manager with a strong technical background, you will play a pivotal role in driving client acquisition efforts within the Swiss SME sector. Native in Swiss German or German, coupled with excellent English language skills, is essential for this role.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and engage potential clients within the SME sector, particularly technical companies, across Switzerland.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base and increase market share.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and providing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales & marketing team and other departments to ensure seamless project implementation and exceed customer expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on technical products and services.


Requirements:


  • Native proficiency in Swiss German or German, with fluent English language skills.
  • A genuine passion for technical products and a deep understanding of technical solutions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in sales, preferably in the technical sector, with a focus on customer acquisition.
  • Background in a technical role or in sales of technical products/software.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
