Your responsibilities:

Project Oversight:

· Oversee engineering projects related to battery (energy) storage systems globally.

· Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets and quality standards.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

· Developing strategies to maximize commercial viability and profitability of energy projects.

· Stay updated with industry trends, regulations and emerging technologies related to energy storage systems.

Client Relationship Management:

· Understanding client needs and technical requirements

· Develop strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business

Analysis:

· Conduct cost estimation, revenue forecasting and cost optimization for energy storage projects.

· Evaluate project feasibility and recommend adjustments to optimize financial performance.

Risk Management:

· Identify potential risks and challenges associated with (energy / battery) storage projects and develop mitigation strategies.

· Monitor project progress and proactively address any issues that may arise to minimize disruptions.

Documentation and Reporting:

· Prepare comprehensive project reports, including progress updates and risk assessments.

· Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and correspondence with stakeholders.

Your profile:

· Technical University degree is a must

· A few years of work experience in commercial engineering roles (with a focus on battery / energy storage projects, power / transmissions systems or related technologies).

· Strong understanding of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and financial analysis.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

· Fluent in English.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
