Responsibilities:



  • Conduct data analysis to assess supply chain performance metrics such as inventory levels, lead times, and transportation costs.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain process and develop actionable recommendations to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels and demand forecasts to ensure adequate stock levels while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Analyze supplier performance and negotiate contracts to optimize pricing and terms.
  • Utilize supply chain management software and tools to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other external partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact supply chain operations.
  • Support the development of strategic plans and initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to management regarding supply chain performance and key metrics.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management.
