We are currently assisting our client in their search to hire an experienced UX Researcher (m/w/d) in Zürich.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning and prioritizing research across projects in alignment with larger project goals and communicating priorities to team members.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and prioritizing research across projects in alignment with larger project goals and communicating priorities to team members
• Conducting research to identify user needs and business opportunities that further product and business goals
• Guiding product direction by analyzing, consolidating, or synthesizing what is known about user, product, service, or business needs
• Helping identify, create, and effectively use metrics to evaluate success
• Produce accurate supporting documentation and materials for research activities, including presentation and reports

Your profile:

• BA or MS degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of product research experience or experience in applied fast-paced research settings
• Aesthetic sensibility: Ability to make design decisions that increase the overall appeal of a product based on relevant aesthetic trends and appropriate application of product brand styling
• Ability to make design decisions that results in a coherent product, platform, or user experience, including the ability to question and assess execution, craft, longevity, and scale of designs
• Ability to prepare effective presentations in content and functions, and to speak competently to the level of the audience
• Knowledge of product design principles and user-centric processes
• Fluent in English
