We are currently seeking a Controlling Specialist (m/w/d) 100% to join the organization. The main focus of this role is to support the company by executing controlling processes and conducting detailed analyses to achieve internal objectives. We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual who can assist the Controlling team with complex tasks and daily challenges.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting performance reviews across various areas of the organization, from sales to costs
• Leading the company's planning processes and assessing the quality of outcomes
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders in English and Korean
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather relevant information and provide problem-solving support
• Developing and managing various simulation models and analyses
• Investigating irregular transactions and proposing suitable solutions
• Maintaining internal documentation and work processes

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Managerial and Financial Accounting
• 2 years of experience in a similar position preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP HANA Finance or similar ERP systems preferred
• Willingness to learn programming languages for scripting (VBA, Python) and use BI systems (Power BI, SAP Analytics)
• Fluent in English, German, and Korean
