Your responsibilities:

• Drive the development, implementation, and dynamic oversight of the Facility Management Dashboard

• Ignite strategic planning by proposing and launching exciting initiatives and projects in Facility Management/Real Estate

• Ensure a vibrant, long- and medium-term portfolio planning while implementing necessary governance measures

• Take the helm of risk management, crafting innovative proposals for mitigation

Your profile:

• Education background in engineering or architecture, enriched with additional training in the dynamic realms of business economics, supply chain, procurement or similar

• Previous work experience from Facility Management field

• Previous people management experience (small groups)

• Fluent in German and English

• Strong stakeholders management skills
