Job description:

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring and optimising the assigned processes and systems in the production environment. The main tasks can be summarised as follows:

-Ensuring process stability, developing necessary improvement measures, defining and implementing process optimisation

-Structured and independent analysis and optimisation of supervised production processes and ensuring the system´s availability

-Evaluating, implementing and optimising new technologies and processes in the production environment

-Identifying and coordinating projects to optimise the cost, scrap and quality and to reduce lead time

-Supporting the procurement and cost planning of relevant components, sub-systems and systems

-Co-responsible for training operators, creating and updating instructions and test specifications

-Technical support for error tracking, quality measures and quality complaints as well as product development

Candidate profile:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or science

-At least a few years of experience in a similar role in process engineering / manufacturing engineering

-Good knowledge of process controls using statistics and data analytics software

-Systematic, structured and independent way of working

-Business fluent in German and English
