Our client is a worldwide supplier of innovative systems for building construction, civil engineering, tunnel and bridge construction. Also, our client develop and manufacture customized, prefabricated reinforcement and reinforcement systems for demanding construction projects and concrete prefabrication. The main customers of our clients are: civil engineers, engineering offices, steel trading companies and construction companies.



In this job you will work with internal clients - civil engineers and external clients - engineering offices.



You are responsible for maintaining business relationships with existing customers and acquiring new customers.



Important: You can be located at any canton of the German-speaking part of Switzerland because only 1 per month you need to be in our client's office (Aargau).



This role requires traveling to clients within German-speaking Switzerland (your travelling area will be defined based on distance from your home address and is flexible to define). You can use your home as a home office.

Your profile:



  • Civil Engineering FH/ETH/TU


  • Experience in an engineering office as a structural engineer or in the AVOR or in the technical office of an executing company


  • Very good knowledge of structural analysis and constructive civil engineering


  • Further training in business management or sales promotion is an advantage


  • Very good computer skills


  • Fluency in German is a must


  • Driving license

Your responsibilities:



  • Fulfillment of the agreed annual sales targets in relation to the defined product portfolio


  • Targeted acquisition through project and customer-specific advice (potential clients: civil engineers, engineering offices)


  • Maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships with civil engineers and engineering offices


  • Conception of tailor-made solutions for the use of reinforcement systems


  • Promotion of the product portfolio at trade fairs and events


  • Observation of market events and competitors in the field


  • Initiation of product improvements and innovations based on customer feedback (mainly from civil engineers and engineering firms)
