For our client, an actively growing Real Estate company, offering turnkey services in the broad area of real estate investment, we are looking for a dynamic character to fill the position Senior Institutional Sales Manager. You will forge strategic partnerships and drive exponential revenue growth. This is a unique opportunity for a driven and results-oriented individual to make a lasting impact on a rapidly growing industry. You will also play a key role in managing the operations of the Zurich office operations, supporting the company’s expansion in the Swiss-German market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting institutional investors to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals, understanding their needs.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are aligned with the company's goals and sales targets.
- Spearhead growth initiatives in the Swiss-German market, identifying opportunities to enhance our market position and brand recognition.
- Collaborate with the acquisition, marketing, and technology teams to ensure our investment products meet the evolving needs of institutional investors and the market.
- Manage and oversee the operations of Zurich office, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking gatherings to enhance our visibility and establish thought leadership in the real estate investment space.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating sales teams.
- Strong network in the institutional investor landscape, including family offices and foundations.
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
- Results-driven personality with the ability to manage complex negotiations.
- Passion for the real estate and alternative investment industries.
- Fluent in German and English (proficiency in Swiss German and French preferred).
