HR Generalist (Temp) – Seattle, WA
Pay Rate: $35 - $45/hr
Duration: 3-6 months
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations for a growing team in Seattle. This temporary role will focus on key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions
Administer benefits, leave requests, and accommodations
Assist with performance management processes and HR compliance
Support recruitment efforts, including onboarding and orientation
Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws
Requirements:
3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
