HR Generalist (Temp) – Seattle, WA

Pay Rate: $35 - $45/hr
Duration: 3-6 months

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations for a growing team in Seattle. This temporary role will focus on key HR functions, including employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions

  • Administer benefits, leave requests, and accommodations

  • Assist with performance management processes and HR compliance

  • Support recruitment efforts, including onboarding and orientation

  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience in a generalist role

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills



Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
