Responsibilities:
- Receiving orders from customers
- Data entry with an ERP system
- Answering customer questions and concerns
- Demonstrate product knowledge
- Ability to conduct a large number of inbound calls
- Past customer service experience in manufacturing required
- Data entry skills
- Great interpersonal skills while fielding phone calls from customers
- A strong proficiency with computers, in particular with the Microsoft Office Products
- Focus on quality
- Two years of experience is required
- Contract to Perm
- $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
