We are supporting a prestigious brand in recruiting a Traffic Acquisition Project Leader.


This role is key in driving not only large volumes of traffic but also ensuring its quality and relevance across digital platforms.


The position involves the coordination of two strategic digital channels: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Social Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-volume growth while maintaining premium brand standards and performance, ensuring KPIs such as Return on Ad Spend, Click-Through Rate, Reach, Impressions, Completion Rates, and Time Spent on Site are consistently met and exceeded.


Your mission will include the planning, development, and launch of performance-driven digital campaigns, management of relationships with external agencies and SaaS platforms, cost and contract oversight, and strategic alignment with broader business objectives.


You will collaborate with the Global Digital Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination of the digital budget, and that all related financial processes are executed in line with internal protocols.



Key Responsibilities


Search Engine Optimization (SEO)


  • Own the SaaS SEO tool and identify growth opportunities in organic traffic.
  • Drive SEO optimization of the corporate e-commerce website in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders (content, technical, and performance).
  • Monitor and report on key SEO performance indicators such as organic traffic sessions, CTR, and bounce rates.

Paid Social Media & CX Platform Liaison


  • Plan, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across international markets.
  • Coordinate efforts with local market teams and external agencies, ensuring best practices are shared and applied globally.
  • Analyze campaign performance using key analytics tools and produce strategic reports to inform future decisions.
  • Act as the main point of contact and platform expert for SPRINKLR.
  • Support key users in optimizing the platform, implementing use cases, and staying updated on new features.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Data Analyst to extract insights, track campaign ROI, and identify business opportunities.
  • Manage the implementation of User-Generated Content on brand platforms.

Digital Budget & Financial Coordination


  • Ensure accurate invoice processing and timely documentation using SAP.
  • Create and manage Purchase Orders in line with budget frameworks and finance protocols.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external agencies to manage campaign costs, ensuring alignment with budget and strategic goals.

  • Experience working in international and matrixed environments
  • Detail-oriented with high standards for brand consistency

  • Confirmed experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
  • Excellent knowledge of Paid Media, SEO, social media strategy, and relevant analytics tools
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial processes (invoicing, SAP, PO management)
  • Knowledge of luxury goods industry is a strong asset
  • Strong communication skills
