Our client is a global healthcare company which is looking for a Finance Director for a maternity leave replacement (15 months contract).

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise both the French and Swiss accounting teams, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines
• Prepare and oversee statutory financial statements and IFRS adjustments quarterly
• Ensure accuracy and correctness of accounting data for both French and Swiss entities
• Manage accounts receivable, payable, payments, and currency management efficiently
• Coordinate and support tax audits in France and Switzerland, ensuring compliance with regulations

Profile:

• Proven experience in a Finance Director position for at least ten years
• A proven experience using Swiss GAAP and French GAAP is mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel for effective data management
• Fluent in both French and English, allowing seamless communication across regions
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet constant deadlines effectively
• Excellent team collaboration and delegation abilities, promoting a cohesive work environment
