In this role, you will play a pivotal part in sourcing and attracting top-tier professionals from technical backgrounds to meet the needs of our esteemed clients.
Job responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise to identify, engage, and recruit candidates primarily from industrial fields, emphasizing technical expertise.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Attending client meetings together with LHH internal teams to understand better clients hiring needs and the overall recruitment process.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term connections.
Your profile:
- A preferred (but not a must) university degree in a technical discipline, providing a solid foundation for understanding industrial roles and requirements.
- Fluent in German is a must. Good English. Any other language is beneficial.
- Passion for talent acquisition and a keen eye for identifying top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates.
- Previous recruitment experience is not essential; we welcome motivated individuals looking to make an impact in the recruitment industry.
