Our client is a leading international organization in the aviation industry, dedicated to fostering a culture of excellence and innovation across our global operations. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/w/d) 100% to join the dynamic HR team. This role will play a critical part in shaping our compensation strategies and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking across various regions to ensure competitive compensation packages and benefits offerings tailored to local markets.
  • Analyze compensation data and trends on an international scale to make informed recommendations for salary structures, incentive programs, and other compensation-related initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across different regions to design and implement performance management systems that support organizational goals globally.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs across multiple countries, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits in various jurisdictions.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR business partners in different regions on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations and salary negotiations.
  • Lead communication efforts regarding global compensation policies and benefits programs to ensure employees understand their options and value.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits programs; recommend enhancements as needed based on employee feedback and industry best practices.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on global compensation trends, program effectiveness, and budget implications.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP) is preferred.
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in compensation and benefits management within an international context, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation principles, labor market trends, and benefit plan design across different regions.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data sets from multiple countries and make strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to various stakeholders across diverse cultures.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
