For our client – a leading, internationally active manufacturer of highly specialized laboratory solutions – we are looking for you as Business Development Manager USA (m/f/d) with a focus on establishing and expanding the company’s US business.
Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for managing the client’s US subsidiary – from distributor management and end-customer support to content updates for the US website
- Represent the company at major trade shows in the US and present innovative solutions for laboratory and analytical applications
- Serve as the primary contact person for distributors and end users in the US – from handling inquiries to developing long-term partnerships
- Identify and establish new sales channels, assess market potential, and contribute to strategic decisions for North America
- Prepare quotations, conduct negotiations, and coordinate distributor activities
- Work closely with marketing, inside sales, and product management to optimally implement the requirements of the US market
Your profile
- Native English speaker with good German skills
- Residence in the Rhine-Main area and willingness to travel regularly to the US
- Degree in natural sciences or business
- Experience in business development or sales – ideally with technical or complex products from the laboratory or chemical environment
- Structured, independent way of working combined with strong communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
