Customer Service Specialist



Mission: Delight customers being close to their


needs and provide feedback to continuously enhance our value proposition.



Key activities.



o Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


o Knowing our products inside and out so that you can understand the customer’s needs and recommend solutions.


o Discuss with customers on different channels and provide information on the company’s products and services.


o Offer information about coverage and price to prospective customers.


o Responding promptly to customer inquiries. o Liaise with other departments and provide support to them.


o Take the extra mile to engage customers.


o Provide feedback to the management team on: the efficiency of the customer service tools, new customer needs, how to enhance any website/App value proposition.



Claims Support


o Collect all the information of the customers to open claims with the Insurance company.


o Follow up on open cases.


o Resolution of claims, doubts and incidents for our travelers. 



Requisitos

o Bilingual Italian/Spanish.


o At least 3 years of experience on a similar position (Remote Customer Care in Travel &/or Insurance industry).


o Ability to multitask. (Email/Chat/Voice)


o Medium level computer skills.


o Effective communication skills – both verbal and non-verbal.


o Must always be friendly and willing to provide assistance to others.


o Ability to cope in a fast-paced job environment. o Must be able to critically analyze all situations and solve problems efficiently.
